P3 Stainless Steel

I just need to exchange my bracelet for another size and no one will respond. I've sent three separate emails to [****] and [****] (email provided by AI chat bot), AI chat bot says "I'm transferring you to a human right away." and then doesn't, I've called with no answer, and left a voicemail but been given no call back. I'm concerned there is little to no human working this company which definitely makes me concerned about quality control and what I actually purchased. I have 20-year-old bracelets from here that I love but it was a much different experience then. I'm afraid I have to report purchasing here was a huge risk and wish I would've known that prior to purchase.
